The founder/owner of Fractured Not Flawed is none other than Brad Hayes. Brad suffered a life-changing spinal injury in mid 2016 (age 16) whilst playing rugby league for the Crookwell devils. Since then Brad has had to live in a wheelchair. Despite the hardships Brad has faced he always goes through life with a smile and a positive outlook. This brand was created to raise awareness and spread positivity with the name "fractured not flawed" being a message as much as it is a brand name
